We will treat you and the health care provider equally.

We will:

bullet look at the information you have given us

bullet talk to you about what happened.end of list

We will also:

bullet contact the health care provider that your complaint is about

bullet ask them for information about what happened.end of list

We can only do this if you have written to say we can.

We will let you know what is happening with your complaint.

Sometimes we can’t help with a complaint.

But we can connect you with an organisation who can help you.
